Motorcyclist hospitalised following multi-vehicle pile up
A motorcyclist suffered injuries after a four-vehicle road accident in Warwick at the weekend.
Police were called to Middle Road, at its junction with Frithcote Lane, at around 1.30 a.m. on Sunday following the smash between two motorbikes and two cars.
Both cars were believed to be travelling easterly along Middle Road and the bikes were heading west when one of the motorcycles collided head on with one of the cars, causing extensive damage to both vehicles.
And just seconds later the second bike collided with the front of the other car, causing minor damage.
The rider of the first bike suffered contusions to the head and cuts to his leg and was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The woman suffered bruising to her back and arm and needed treatment at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital following the fight with her husband at their home on Hinson's Island in Paget.
Police said the two became involved in an argument over the weekend, which escalated out of control.
It resulted in the man allegedly kicking and punching his wife about the body as she lay on the floor.
Police were eventually called by family members after the woman called out for help and raised the alarm.
Police said last night that prosecution was intended against the man.
