Get a firm chest without leaving your home
According to several local fitness trainers, a firm chest is one of the most important results men working out want to see happen in their bodies. “It’s why they lift weights in front of the mirror,” said one female fitness consultant. Personal trainer Kenton Swan agrees and he’s been in the business for six years.Speaking with Body & Soul for the Summer Shape-Up series this week he said plyometric push-ups are a good way to tone muscles in the chest. And a big plus is that you don’t need to go to the gym or buy any weights to do them — they’re as easy to do at home as they are at the gym.Exercise: Plyometric push-upMuscles used: Deltoid, triceps and pectoralsTechnique:For beginners1.
