The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index edged up slightly in light trading.The Index closed up 1.12 points to close at 2,538.90 on volume of 330 shares worth $7,700 as the Bermuda Commercial Bank was the only issue to trade, gaining 25 cents to close at $6.75, 25 cents off its high for the year.
