“Not everything is handed to you”. You have to work to get what you want done. My name is Melissa Botelho. I am 17 years old. Teamwork and working individually is what it take to get through life. With this said I enjoy playing volleyball and bowling because it allows me to express myself in both ways. I’ve bowled since I was six in a league. Onion Seeds, and I enjoy doing it. Hard work and dedication have brought me far in volleyball playing since I was in middle school. I have come so far in my studies and have achieved high honors and continue to do my best. I have not come up with a career that I am sure I want to pursue but I am interested in web designing and photography.
I aspire to many things, but the journey for any dream is difficult. My name is Marquedelle Philip Rodriguez and I will “never give up”, following my favourite quote I definitely won’t. As a child through to my current age 17, I’ve always wanted to inspire others through the arts. To evoke emotion through something you can’t touch amazed me, and to make something from nothing really amazed me. I dream to be a Film Director, Animator, Music Producer and never wake up from it.
My name is Tajae Tucker Rayner. I am 17 years old. I’m a senior at The Berkeley Institute. I have maintained consistent honours throughout my entire school life. My favourite hobby is dancing. I have been dancing since the age of three and it is something that I enjoy. I have participated in many dance recitals for a local dance company. My school’s production and The Annual Bermuda Day Parade. My chosen career choice is Computer Science. I love technology and I would love to make a career out of it. My favourite quote is “in order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.”
