The annual Pee Wee Soccer Classic takes place tomorrow at Bernard Park featuring eight teams involving players between the ages of six and eight.

PHC, Wolves, BAA, Dandy Town, St.George's, Saltus, North Village and Boulevard will compete in the tournament which will see two round robin groups representing East and West. Winners and runners-up from each group will meet in the semi-finals, scheduled for noon, followed by the final at 1.30 p.m.

The first group matches kick off at 10.00 a.m. following an official opening ceremony to be attended by Sports Minister Tim Smith.

JUNIOR GOLF GLF Chris Smith weathered a wild afternoon storm to lead the field in last weekend's BJGA event at St.George's. Smith carded a five over par 67 to win Group Five, two shots ahead of Chris Markey. Ryan Mello placed third on 73.

In Group Four, David Smith, Aaron Burrows and Jaryd Dillas all posted 71s, with Smith edging his two rivals on retrogression.

Doug Markey's 73 won Group Three, Jonathan Hayes finishing second on 76.

Zachary Simmons was third on 81.

At the Southampton Princess, Jerome Overbey led the Group One field, firing 50 over 13 holes. Daniel Dickinson nipped Tyler Marshall on retrogression for second place, both carding 52.
