Foreign newspapers can be read in Bermuda on the same day they are printed thanks to the new daily freight plane from the US.
Organised by the Phoenix stores - the Island's largest supplier of foreign newspapers - publications including USA Today, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, New York Post, New York Daily News and the International Herald Tribune will be available from 12.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Investors Business Daily will also be included from next week.
All foreign newspapers will continue to be available from the Phoenix Centre, Collector's Hill Apothecary and Paget Pharmacy.
Before the new freight service, Phoenix Stores was dependant on regular passenger flights to get the newspapers to the Island which normally arrived mid to late afternoon.
The Globe and Mail and the National Post will continue to arrive at Phoenix Stores in the afternoon.
