Gleen C. Wolffe, of Heathcote Lane, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to touching a 14-year-old boy's private parts.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Anthony Mouchette said the boy told Police the incidents with Wolffe began in April.

The boy told Police of two incidents where Wolffe touched him. The second time, Sgt. Mouchette said, the boy pushed Wolffe away and told him to stop.

But Wolffe told the boy not to tell anyone about the incident because he would get into trouble.

On a third occasion, Sgt. Mouchette said, Wolffe asked the boy to touch him.

But the boy refused saying: "I'm not like that.'' Senior Magistrate Will Francis ordered psychiatric and a social inquiry reports to be carried out.

Out of concern for the boy's safety, Sgt. Mouchette requested that Wolffe be remanded in custody since he had a previous conviction for attempted murder.

On October 2, 1986, Wolffe was convicted in the Supreme Court of break and entering and attempting to murder a man with whom he had a "relationship of a homosexual nature''.

The case was adjourned until November 4 when the reports are expected to be completed.
