Police are investigating the theft which took place at Astwood Cove Guest Apartments in Warwick on Tuesday.

The occupants reported that they went to sleep around 10 p.m. and during the night someone entered through an open sliding glass door, stealing the cycle keys as well as an undisclosed quantity of cash and other personal items.

The culprit then went outside and stole the couple's livery cycle.
