Police are investigating reported gunshots in the St Monica’s Road area.A spokesman said officers responded to reports of shots in the Pembroke neighbourhood around 10.40pm on Wednesday.“After an initial search of the area, no evidence was found to substantiate the reports,” he said. “In addition, there were no reported injuries.”Anyone with information is asked to telephone 295-0011 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline, 800-8477.
