Police probe Orange Valley break-ins

Two homes on Orange Valley were broken into on Thursday. Police responded to the first incident at approximately 4.50 p.m. and were told that someone broke in and stole their Piaggo Liberty auxiliary cycle, $500, flat screen TV, jewellery, 70 UK pounds and three Apple I-Pods. The residents say the crime took place between 1.30 p.m. and 3.40 p.m.

The second incident took place between 6.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. on the same road. The resident told Police that an unknown person took $700, an unknown amount of coins and food. Police are currently investigating both Devonshire incidents. A Police spokesman said they have not ruled out the possibility that the two incidents are connected.
