November 1, 2011Dear SirTo Whom It May Concern at the Department of Information & Communication:On Saturday, October 29, I went to a house sale out in Tucker's Town. As I was leaving, there was a Department of Information and Communication van parked behind me. I thought this was a funny place for a van paid for and fueLled by taxpayers' money. In other countries, this type of blatant abuse of government property would cost the offender their job.
