Paget earn first point of season
Robin Hood, the league leaders, continued their impressive run of form with a 2-1 win over Boulevard at Police Field yesterday.
Boulevard were ahead through Aaron Williams early in the match, but late goals from Shaun Brown and Jesse Kirkland gave Hood the victory.
Paget earned their first point of the season with their goalless draw against Young Men’s Social Club at Southampton Oval.
Devonshire Colts remain in second place with their 4-1 win over Ireland Rangers at Malabar. Kyle Jones, Eli Smith, Enrique Wilkin, and captain Lozendro Symonds scored for the visitors, while Jared Hayward was on target for Rangers. St George’s also remain in the promotion hunt thanks to goals from Mitchell Tucker and Jarazinho Bassett as they side beat BAA 2-1 at Goose Gosling Field.
BAA’s goal was credited as an own goal. Somerset Eagles and X-Road’s shared the points at White Hill Field. Tokeio Crofton’s goal cancelled out Tristan Daniels’ for the visitors, who had taken the lead.
