Great customer service
June 26, 2012Dear Sir,Last year, whilst visiting his brother on the Island, my husband bought me a present of a bracelet from Gems & Cedars in Dockyard. Some months later, unfortunately, a stone fell out of its setting and was lost. On visiting Bermuda this year, I decided to see if the bracelet could be repaired. On approaching Don and Frances (the owners) about the repair, they offered to pick up the bracelet from my brother-in- law’s home while Don was in the area at a hospital appointment.Four days later I received an e-mail to say that the bracelet was ready and that they would drop it off, once again at my brother-in-law’s home. This they did and I was delighted with the repair job. On asking how much I owed for the work done, I was told that there was no cost to myself involved. To say that I was delighted with this service is an understatement and exceeded my expectations.
