Mr. Deuss married Francis Jardine on June 15 in the Netherlands. No further details were available. Mr. Deuss, who is Dutch, is one of the central players in the oil markets of Central Asia.

He heads Trans-World Oil, and through First Curacao International Bank has a 32 percent stake in the Bermuda Commercial Bank (BCB). He is chairman of BCB.

First Curacao is wholly-owned by Mr. Deuss.

He owns the magnificent luxury schooner Fleurtje , a 175-foot three-master regularly seen in the Great Sound.

In an article a few years ago Newsweek described him as a "former car dealer from Nijmegen in the Netherlands''.

BSX TO LIST FLEMING FLAGSHIP STK BSX to list Fleming Flagship Shares in Fleming Flagship Fund, the American Blue Chip Fund are set to be listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, it was announced recently.

The fund, incorporated in Luxembourg, has an open-ended structure and a primary listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

It is a sub-fund under the Fleming Flagship Fund umbrella and is linked to a separate portfolio of assets and liabilities with specific investment objectives.

It aims to provide long-term capital growth by investing in a portfolio of blue chip North American securities.

Fleming Investment Management Limited (London) and Robert Fleming Inc. (New York) are the managers for the fund.
