The Financial Planning Association of Bermuda and the Bermuda International Business Association is holding a seminar on "Growing global challenges and opportunities in the financial services industry on Wednesday.

The keynote speaker at the event is Peter Lefferts, Chair of the ISO US Delegation for the creation of International Financial Planning Standards and Board member of the American Express Centurion Bank, who will be speaking on "Personal financial planning: A growing global opportunity".

Presenters are John Harper, Managing Director, Harrington Trust Limited, Peter Lamb, Vice President, BF&M Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and Martha Myron, vice president Personal Financial Services, Bank of Bermuda.

The event is from 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI) and there will be cocktails and hors d'oeuvres afterwards.
