A 28-year-old was accused this morning of attempting to murder two men.Cervio Cox was charged in Magistrates' Court with the attempted murder of Lavon Thomas and Darren Thomas.The incident is said to have taken place on March 24, outside the Seon Place building in Hamilton.Mr Cox was further charged with using a firearm to commit the indictable offence.As the matters must be heard by Supreme Court, Mr Cox was not required to enter a plea.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded Mr Cox into custody, ordering him to return to court tomorrow afternoon for preliminary inquiry.
