Top model arrives this week to judge beauty contest
the end of this week as they will be judged by top model/actress Beverly Johnson.
Ms Johnson, who has graced the covers of several top American and foreign magazines and walked the catwalk in many cities agreed to be a celebrity judge at the pageant on Sunday, August 13.
She will arrive on the Island with her teenage daughter on Thursday and will enjoy a little rest and relaxation before leaving on August 14.
Along with modelling and having a beauty secrets book titled "True Beauty'' Ms Johnson has also done extremely well in the television and film industry appearing in such movies and `National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1', `Meteor Man', `Ashanti' and the `Perry Mason Mysteries'.
Pageant organiser Mr. Terry Smith said Ms Johnson was booked to attend the contest after they were unsuccessful in securing super model Iman.
Judges at the pageant will be the first Miss Talent and former Miss Bermuda Islands contestant Miss Carol Ann Williams, producer Mr. Jerome Cook, and playwrite Ms Patricia Pogson.
