Lionel Eugene Jones is flanked by Police officers as he leaves Magistrates' Court yesterday after being charged with unlawfully wounding Nicky Tucker Jr with intent. The firearms offence was alleged to have occurred last week outside the home of acquitted murder accused Everett Jahni Bean.
