Damon Quincy DeRoza, who has been charged with premeditated murder, appeared in Magistrates' Court with his lawyer Mark Pettingill.

DeRoza, 20, of Cedar Hill, Warwick, was ordered to return to court on December 20 for mention.

Lynae's body was found floating in Hamilton Harbour, near Longford Road in Warwick, on November 20.
