William C.H. Trott is seeking planning approval to build an entertainment facility between Somerset Road and Cricket Lane in Sandys.
The proposed venture -- which will be completely fenced in -- will house a track for five-and-a-half horsepower go-carts, fun castles, a portable concession stand, and train and ferris wheel rides.
The site will also serve as a venue for birthday parties.
Parking spaces for six cars will be provided and the site will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m to 12 a.m.
Mr. Trott said he did not want to comment on the scheme, until planning approval had been determined.
