WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 27: A new report compiled by social services agencies and charities has highlighted three key issues Bermuda needs to tackle.

Inadequate education, lack of adequate life skills and "unaddressed multi-generational trauma" were flagged up by the Bermuda Civil Society Project.
