Antoine Anderson, 17, of Old Maid's Lane, was wearing a helmet from Devil's Hole Cycle Livery when Police stopped him on St. David's Road at 2.30 p.m. on June 5, prosecutor Sgt. Earl Kirby said.

"When questioned about the helmet, he said his had been stolen and he borrowed it from a friend,'' Sgt. Kirby said.

Although he pleaded guilty to knowingly receiving stolen property, Anderson told the Wor. Cheryl Ann Mapp he did not know the helmet was stolen, because the livery markings were covered up by decals.
