Conyers Dill & Pearman's new Dubai postings
Offshore law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman has expanded its worldwide business empire by making two new appointments to its Dubai office.
The firm, which advises on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, has appointed Kerri Lefebvre and Fawaz Elmaki to the new posts in the Middle Eastern city.
Ms. Lefebvre is a partner in Conyers Dill & Pearman's corporate law department and her practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including private equity transactions and closed ended investment funds, private placements and public offerings and the formation and structuring of joint venture entities.
She has advised numerous widely-held companies in connection with offshore redomicilation and with onshore listings.
Mr. Elmaki, an associate in Conyers Dill & Pearman's corporate law department, advises on corporate law and corporate finance transactions, such as private equity transactions and fund formation.
