guilty to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.

He was arrested for the alleged assault on Saturday morning and will reappear in Magistrates' Court for trial on July 17.

The 16-year-old, who turned 17 today, was ordered to not have contact with his alleged victim.

The teen -- who cannot be named for legal reasons -- was arrested minutes after he allegedly attacked the boy as he walked toward home shortly after midnight.

He allegedly dragged the boy into a nearby yard and ordered him to perform a sex act on him and threatened him.
