Ace USA, the US-based retail operating unit of Bermuda-based ACE Limited, named Paul Ramsey executive vice president in charge of the ACE USA claims unit.

He will report to John Lupica, chief operating officer of ACE USA.

Mr. Ramsey joins from St. Paul Travelers Cos. where he was most recently senior vice president of claim field operations.
