Man accused of importing cocaine

Alexander Troy Brangman, 29, of Swansville Drive, appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

He is charged with importing cocaine into Bermuda between April 10 and May 2, possession of cocaine intended for supply on May 6 and knowingly handling cocaine intended for supply on May 6.

He is accused of importing 1.14 kilograms of cocaine with a street value of $272,500.

Bail for Brangman was set at $50,000. He is represented by Mr. Michael Scott.
