Ian Heath, former employee of one of the defendants, Sea-Land Construction Limited, claims he was run over by the Bobcat because of negligence on the part of D&J Construction Ltd., Sea-Land Construction Ltd. and Dennis Warren.

Dennis Warren is the employee of D and J Construction who was driving the Bobcat when the alleged accident occurred.
