Frederick Norris Lee, 25, of Crisson Avenue, is charged with killing Stanley Barnett, 35, on February 23.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis increased Lee's bail to $20,000 from $10,000. Lee is represented by Mr. Philip Perinchief.

In February, Lee and Troy Edwards, 22, of South Shore Road, Paget, were jointly charged with intentionally causing grievous bodily harm to Roy Burgher, 31, on February 10 in Pembroke. No charges were then laid in connection with Barnett.
