Magistrates' Court heard Andre Roach, 29, was seen by Police driving his motorcycle at high speed on Par-La-Vile Road in Hamilton around midnight last November 6.

The officers activated their siren but Roach accelerated, prosecutor Sgt.

Kenrick James said.

They chased him to Rosemont Avenue where he finally stopped.

While questioning him, the officers noted he was nervous. A search revealed nothing, but they found a small envelope on the ground near his bike, which he admitted was "my bag of weed'', Sgt. James said.
