May 25, 2012Dear Sir,The letters to you on May 25 miss the whole point on cruise ships passengers with drugs. Yes, they are on a cruise ship which is in Bermuda territorial waters. They extend some 200 miles around Bermuda. A cruise ship is not a part of the United States. If these passengers were going into Singapore they would get the death penalty and not a slap on the wrist.The cruise lines know Bermuda’s policies and it is up to them to inform their clientele the rules.When one goes to the United States one is expected to know their rules which is published on their website and they do not accept ignorance of them.ANTONY SIESESouthampton
