The pair dropped out of the leading 10 following the final race of the regatta, held at the Coral Beach Yacht Club, on Friday.

Complete race results were not available last night but Canada's Ross MacDonald and Kai Bjorn did enough to jump from fifth place to first overall after winning the last race of the series.

Bromby and White had got off to a dream start in the first of the six races earlier last week, taking a first. They dipped to 22nd and 16th in the following two races, before grabbing a second in the 96-boat fleet and then a 21st.

Britain's Ian Walker and Mark Covell finished second overall.
