A Southampton man yesterday denied causing the death of a nurse in a 2019 road accident.
Norell Hull, 46, pleaded not guilty in Supreme Court to a charge of causing the death of Tamra Broadley, 61, by driving without due care and attention.
The incident is alleged to have happened on September 9, 2019 on Berry Hill Road in Paget.
Puisne Judge Craig Attridge adjourned the case until March 16, when the matter will return before the courts to be mentioned.
Mr Hull was released on bail until that time.
