Charlene Webb, 27, was charged with conspiring between March 18, 1992 and October 1993, in America and Bermuda with others not before the court, to import cannabis and cocaine.

She was further charged with importing cannabis and cocaine to Bermuda on or about October 11, and possession of cannabis and cocaine intended for supply in Devonshire on October 12.

Webb, represented by lawyer Mr. Ed Bailey, was bailed in the sum of $10,000 plus a like surety and ordered to surrender her travel documents.

Her case was set down for mention on December 21.

The court heard the drugs had a total street value of $189,000.

Terranz Smith, 25, and Christina Smith, 24, of Pembroke were charged together but on different counts.

Terranz Smith was charged with possession of heroin and cocaine intended for supply on June 10 in Pembroke, supplying heroin and cocaine on the same date, and possession of cannabis in St. George's.

Christina Smith was charged with knowingly handling heroin intended for supply and knowingly handling cocaine intended for supply.

The court heard the drugs had a combined street value of $70,000.

The Smiths were each bailed in the sum of $5,000 plus two like sureties. They were also ordered to surrender all travel documents.

A December 21 mention date was set down.
