Harbour Resort, received the Gold Key Award from the New York Marriott Marquis for providing outstanding service to the Northwestern Mutual Life Convention Group.

Mr. Durham achieved the award as part of his overseas task force assignment while Marriott's in Bermuda was closed during the winter.

His main duties as the Senior Catering Service Manager at the New York Marriott Marquis was to ensure that all banquet and meeting functions were set on schedule. These functions were primarily held in the hotel's 100,000 square foot ballroom.

He was also responsible for welcoming key VIPs and personally greeting clients on their arrival.
