MSA students help charity cooks by hitting the books
Updated: Mar 05, 2021 08:38 AM
Mount St Agnes Academy pupils will be donating hundreds of food items to charity, after hitting the books.
Elementary students took part in a ’Read and Feed’ charity drive, getting sponsored by family and friends to read books in return for food items.
The result was a food mountain that filled the school’s corridors and hallways with canned goods, boxes of cereal, and personal hygiene products.
The groceries will be given to The Eliza DoLittle Society’s food bank today.
