A series of tribute programmes to celebrate the life of popular radio DJ Derick 'C.J.' Symonds will air on KJAZZ 98.1 FM tomorrow.

Mr. Symonds, nicknamed 'Cousin Juicy', hosted the 'Downbeat' show on the station, featuring the straight jazz that he loved.

His broadcasting career first began in the late 1960's.

The tribute programmes will begin at 2 p.m and will be hosted by Danny Garcia.
