Police are continuing to investigate a complaint made against Opposition Leader Marc Bean.
The complaint by OBA member Toni Daniels stems from “an incident” outside the polling station in the Sandys South constituency last Thursday.
Ms Daniels claims that the PLP leader made vulgar and insulting comments to her.
“The BPS is conducting enquiries into a complaint stemming from an incident that took place on Thursday, November 6 outside the advanced polling station for Constituency 33 in Sandys parish,” a police spokesman said.
“No arrests have been made at this point but the police are speaking to a number of witnesses to establish whether any criminal offences may have been committed.”
