Student winners of the Commissioner for a Day artwork and essay competition get a unique police experience at Police Headquarters from 9am to 2 pm, while the general public is invited to attend open houses at Hamilton, Somerset or Southside police stations. At 7.30pm ‘Beat the Retreat’ will take place along Front Street in the City of Hamilton.
