In yesterday's edition of The Royal Gazette it was reported that Raymonde Dill replaced Edward Cowen as chairman of the Bermuda Housing Corporation. Mr.

Cowen's first name is Edwin.

Bermuda Hospitals Board chairman Raymonde Dill has been appointed as the general manager of the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

Mr. Dill, who started on Monday, replaces Edward Cowen who retired this summer.

According to a Government release issued yesterday, Mr. Dill -- a former banker -- has an extensive background in management and finance and has acted as a consultant to the governments of Jamaica and the Bahamas on three major projects.

Health Minister Nelson Bascome yesterday confirmed that Mr. Dill would remain on as the chairman of the BHB.

Mr. Dill also chairs the Bermuda Small Business Development Corporation and serves on the Government Audit Committee.

Mr. Dill could not be reached for comment.
