Government’s Bermuda College vaccination centre is accepting walk-ins aged over 50, it was revealed today.

The college centre earlier gave shots to seniors over the age of 65 who had been unable to register online.

A spokeswoman for the ministry of health said that although the age restriction had been lowered, priority would still be given to seniors.

Walk-in appointments are available from 3pm to 6.45pm today and between the same times tomorrow.

Anyone at the vaccination centre after 6.45pm will be given an appointment for the next available opening on the schedule.

Photo identification, such as a driver’s licence is required.

Anyone who wants to book an appointment should register online at https://vaccine.resqwest.com/web/ prior to arrival.

You must be Registered or to post comment or to vote.
