With only six weeks left to play in the International Pool League the battle has boiled down to two teams, Swinging Doors and Vasco.

The night's closest affair involved War Vets Sharpshooters and Robin Hood II, with Sharpshooters pulling off an exciting win, toppling their favoured opponents 194-192.

Other matches saw War Vets Snipers down Robin Hood I 192-173, Hamilton Parish defeat Docksiders II 235-105 and Frog and Onion batter Mariners Celtic 224-164.

Individually, Brian Walker continues to lead the charts with a net score of 665, followed by Trevor Mouchette on 635 and Gary Bascome (634).
