Stewart gets BSX listing
W.P.Stewart & Co, a Bermuda based asset management company incorporated and registered here on 29th June 1998.
Following the company's initial public offering on 8th December 2000 the shares achieved primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The BSX listing of 47,319,618 common shares is a secondary listing, effective from 11th December 2000. The listing is sponsored by Bermuda International Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Bermuda.
