The Non-Mariners Club held its annual race in Mangrove Bay last August and raised the money for the Sandys Rest Home.

Recently, the home received a cheque from the club whose non-secretary Colin Gladwin said: "We presented the same amount to the rest home last year. It helps with the general maintenance and running of the home.''
