Pupils at school hit by coronavirus test clear

Pupils at a middle school at the centre of a coronavirus alert have all tested clear, the Premier has announced.

David Burt posted the news on Whitney Institute Middle School in Smith’s on twitter.

He wrote: “There is a lot going on in #Bermuda, especially with the #Coronavirus.

“Most of the news recently is negative, but there is some positive news.”

Mr Burt added: “Thanks to the teams for their hard work. DB”

Whitney was given a Covid-19 exposure notice this week and started a risk assessment.

Dellwood Middle School and Northlands Primary, both Pembroke, Devonshire Preschool in Devonshire and Purvis Primary School in Warwick have also been logged as at risk over the past few days.
