lost wallet which he knew contained cannabis, has been fined $200 in Magistrates' Court.

Prosecutor Sgt. Ken James said Antoine Leroy Tacklyn was arrested on April 28 after arriving at the station to pick up a wallet he had lost earlier that day.

He admitted to the officer on duty that two small packets found inside the wallet were his.

The contents were analysed and found to be 1.36 grams of cannabis.
