Container Ship Management Ltd. said the Oleander will be replaced by the Stadt Kiel when it goes into dry dock in Halifax.

Stadt Kiel has the same capacity as the Oleander and Container Ship Management does not expect any interruptions.

Oleander brought 192 containers to the island on Sunday and will sail on Monday.

Containers included 38 refrigerated, 128 dry, 3 mafis, 5 flat beds, 14 cars, 1 crane, and 3 excavators.

Meanwhile, the destroyer USS Moosbrugger visited Murray's Anchorage yesterday for a crew transfer and drop off an injured sailor.

The sailor arrived at Bermuda International Airport via helicopter from the Navy Spruance-class destroyer and was taken to hospital for a minor shoulder injury yesterday morning.

In other freight news, the container ship Bermuda Islander will arrive tomorrow with 106 dry containers, 26 refrigerated and one horse -- departing on Friday.

Visiting gravel ship Malmes arrived at Penno's Wharf yesterday in St. George's and will depart tomorrow at 4 p.m.

Passenger ships were on schedule this week, with Nordic Empress arriving in Dockyard with 1,659 passengers yesterday morning. It will move to Hamilton tomorrow before leaving on Friday.

Pacific Princess arrived in St. George's yesterday with 501 passengers and will shift to Hamilton today, then go on to Dockyard tomorrow before leaving on Friday.

Zenith arrived in Hamilton on Monday from New York with 1,347 passengers and will shift to St. George's today before leaving tomorrow.

Cruise ship Horizon also arrived on Monday and berthed in St. George's.

Horizon will shift to Hamilton today and leave tomorrow. Passenger numbers for the ship were not available.

Norwegian Majesty arrived in St. George's yesterday morning with 1,449 passengers and will sail on Friday.

Dockyard will welcome 743 passengers on board the luxury liner Crown Dynasty on Friday. They sail on Monday.
