Bermuda's Angelo Simmons and Logan Alexander are training with Baltimore Blast after impressing during trials at the defending National Indoor Soccer League (NISL) champions.

Simmons and Alexander will spend the next three days trying to prove they are worthy of winning a contract at David Bascome's team, along with 14 other hopefuls who made the cut from 30 players.

Bermudians Aquino Grant, Coolridge Durham and Dennis Russell did not reach the next stage of the Blast tryouts, and will now prepare for trials for outdoor professional teams in February and March.

Boulevard Blazers' striker Simmons starred for the Bermuda under-23s last summer, while North Village's left-back Alexander has been in fine form for the Rams this season.
