The Bermuda Sloop Foundation is staging a 'Roun' de Rock' motor boat rally, taking craft of all shape and size on a circumnavigation of the Island.

The aim of the rally is to raise funds for the Foundation as well as to help educate boat owners on how to safely negotiate local waters.

The boats will line up at Albouy's Point on Sunday, August 21 when a blessing of the fleet at 10.30 a.m. will be followed by a procession out of Hamilton Harbour. The day will end with a barbecue at Barr's Bay Park.

Skippers can register at all Market Place stores, BF&M, Marine Locker, Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club or the St. George's Dinghy and Sports Club.
