The plan has not been adopted in response to any specific effort to acquire control and the board is not aware of any such effort, ADT said.

TWO ISSUES DECLINE STK Two issues decline The Bermuda Stock Exchange index moved less than a point yesterday. In light trading, two issues declined, one gained and one was unchanged. Bermuda Home was down 25 cents closing at $7.50, Belco was down 12.5 cents at $19.375 and BCL gained 50 cents closing at $3. Argus was unchanged. The index closed down .63 points at 947.07.
