A 28-year-old man denied possessing more than two grams of cocaine with the intent to sell when he appeared at Magistrates’ Court today.

Stacey Simpson, of Plain Lane East, St George’s, is charged with possessing 2.32g of the controlled drug on April 27, 2013, in Paget.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Simpson on $5,000 bail with one surety.

He will reappear for mention on January 20.
